1.Where do you come from?
Vivi: I`m from Finland, North Europe.
Tonkaa:Thailand
Jessica:Brazil
2.Why did you come to Taiwan? Why do you want to study Chinese?
Tonkaa: Because I only can come to
Taiwan,and I want to learn Chinese.
Jessica: It is one of joys. Because I
want to learn Chinese.
3. Living in Taiwan, have you met
any difficulties? ( in studying,
conversation, culture or life ) How do
you overcome them?
Viv: Everything is okay for me, but
sometimes it`s hard to communicate because of the language barrier, but
body language solves the problems.
Tonkaa:No problem. My grandfather and grandmother live in Hainan.So it is
not too difficult to learn to say Chinese.
Jessica:Language is a problem.I try to speak Chinese with them sometimes.
4. Do you get along well with your host family? What do you usually do
together?
Vivi: Really, really good! We usually go out, go to different places, and
sometimes just stay at home and enjoy being together with them. By the
way, they help me always when I need some help.
Tonkaa:It is ok !We would go to have dinner with my grandfather and
grandmother,and played golf together.
Jessica:I think something I don’t talk with them.When we go out we will
go to Dajia,Taichung and any place.
5. What is your favorite food in Taiwan?
Vivi: I like pearl milk tea. We don`t have milk tea in Finland, and
